The Twilight Saga will get a White makeover for Christmas, BUT, this limited edition set won’t be available in the US.

Stephenie Meyer’s blockbuster Twilight series is to be republished this Christmas with a new white jacket design.

The four limited-edition titles: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse andBreaking Dawn, will be published by Atom on 14th October as £7.99 paperbacks, available only in the UK and Ireland, and Little, Brown’s territories including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and India. The white editions will not be available in the US.

The white titles will only be published between October and Christmas 2010, replacing the usual black jackets. The titles will have crimson-edged pages and crimson back covers, with text confined to the spines.

A £75 hardback box-set of the Twilight Saga, plus the novella The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, is also being released on 12th October. The paperback edition of the fourth title, Breaking Dawn, is published on 19th August.

As if Twilight fans needed another reason to get giddy about Robert Pattinson, Guardian reports that British retailer Marks and Spencer has announced that they are creating a men’s underwear line inspired by the sexy star. Aptly called the R-Pant, the vampire-inspired slim-fit underwear collection of low-rise briefs and trunks is meant to be worn under skinny jeans like those sported byKaty Perry‘s funny man Russell Brand and, of course, Pattinson himself. And while the 24-year-oldTwilight hottie will not be appearing in an ad campaign for the retailer (nor is he apparently endorsing the line), the Guardianreports that the actor has been spotted shopping for underwear at the store. With fellow vampire Kellan Lutz fronting Calvin Klein underwear, we’re wondering just how much the R-Pant collection will be able to sex up Marks and Spencer’s underwear department. Looks like we’ll have to wait until September, when the new range goes on sale, to see! –Jessie Goldberg
